Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pingr ("Pingr," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our SMS reminder and tracking service and mobile application. Pingr is operated by Attis Labs LLC (owner: David L Davis Jr), Charlotte, NC.

Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to run the service:

• Phone number — to send you the SMS reminders and check-ins you request.
• Account information — a name you choose and any goals, to-dos, or food entries you send us, so the assistant can track them for you.
• Message content — the texts you send Pingr, used to log your entries and respond to you.
• Email address (waitlist only) — if you join a waitlist on our website, your email address, which product you signed up for, and where you found us (for example, a link from a social post).

How We Use Your Information

• To send the reminders, nudges, and check-ins you schedule.
• To log the food, tasks, and goals you send by message.
• To personalize the assistant's responses (for example, greeting you by name or referencing your stated goal).
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.

Automated Processing & AI

Pingr uses automated systems, including AI-based natural-language processing, to interpret the messages you send and to generate the logs, responses, and estimates described above. The content of the messages you send to Pingr is processed by these systems in order to provide the service.

SMS / Text Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Pingr, including reminders, task nudges, and calorie-tracking check-ins. Message frequency varies based on the pings you set up. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at the address below. Opting out will stop text messages; your in-app account remains active.

We do not share your SMS consent or phone number with third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Waitlist Emails

If you join a waitlist for Pingr or another Attis Labs product, we use your email address only to tell you when that product launches or opens early access. We don't send newsletters or marketing beyond that, we don't sell or share your email, and joining a waitlist never signs you up for text messages. To keep out spam, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, not the address itself. To be removed from a waitlist, email us at the address below and we'll delete your entry.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate — Twilio (SMS delivery), Fly.io (cloud hosting), Groq (AI language processing that interprets your messages), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Cloudflare (website hosting and waitlist storage) — and only as needed to provide the service. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with anyone.

Data Retention & Security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, logs, to-dos, reminders, lists, and sessions from our systems. You can also request deletion by emailing us. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

Your Choices

• Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
• Delete your account and data yourself in the app: Settings → Delete account.
• Request access to your data, or deletion, by emailing us.

Children's Privacy

Pingr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
