Attis Labs LLC, Charlotte, NC, operating as "Pingr," "we," or "us,"
respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Pingr app and
service to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a notice of claimed copyright
infringement regarding content associated with the Service.
Pingr's core service is personal SMS-based logging and reminders — it does not currently host
or publish user-submitted content to other users or the public. This policy is provided in
case that changes, or in the rare event any content associated with the Service is alleged to
infringe a copyright.
Filing a Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you believe content associated with the Service infringes a copyright you own or control,
send a written notice to our designated contact below that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on
their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably
sufficient to let us locate it;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the
copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and
that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notice
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification,
you may send a counter-notice to the contact above that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was
removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction
of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial
district), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original
notice.
Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat
infringers, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date
above.
